Foundational free Patterns
Assign a responsible individual for handling each case type
Determine whether activities are related to the same type of case and, if necessary, distinguish new business processes
Design business processes for typical cases and isolate exceptional cases from the normal flow
If capacity is insufficient, consider increasing the available number of resources
Order knock-outs by least effort and highest termination probability first.
Minimize numerical involvement
Too many cooks spoil the broth
Delegate tasks according to resource cost
Allocate task based on collaborative experience: handover time, interactions, diversity
Explore whether a process can easily be used for additional products or services
